Cheesy Sauce

This is the sauce I use for cauliflower with white sauce, lasagne, moussaka. My children love it & it is with them in mind that I'm putting this recipe on the website - they wouldn't be able to find it in my hand written cook books. 

Ingredients

700 g Milk

75 g Butter

1 Stock cube (I use chicken)

40 g Bakers' Magic Gluten free flour

30 g Maize starch

100 g Tasty cheese

50 g Parmesan cheese

Method

I cook this in my thermie but you could make it in a saucepan on the stovetop. 

Place ingredient in the TM bowl apart from the cheese. 

Cook at 90 C for 9 mins speed 4. 

Add in the cheese & mix on speed 4 until melted.
